I had the incredible opportunity to serve as the copy editor for the Campus Carrier newspaper for the last year and a half of my college career. In this position, I edited every published story in the weekly newspaper to ensure correct grammar and adherence to AP style. Each week, I edited around 11 stories for publication, and I have showcased below a sample of such copyediting, with a news story that was published in the November 12, 2020, issue of The Carrier.
